1. 适用范围

本政策适用于 iPhone 与 iPad 上的一日一印（英文名 Pulse）。它说明 App 自己如何处理信息，不替代 Apple 对 App Store、设备诊断或 iCloud Drive 等系统服务的政策。

This policy applies to Pulse on iPhone and iPad. It describes Pulse's own data handling and does not replace Apple's policies for the App Store, device diagnostics, iCloud Drive, or other system services.

2. 设备本地处理的数据

一日一印在这台设备上保存：我的一件事、签到日期与时间、每日记事、签到时区、提醒、主题、语言、一周起始日、触觉偏好，以及你拍摄的照片和缩略图。这些内容使用 iOS 文件保护，设备重启后需先解锁才能读取。

没有开发者账号，也没有用来接收签到、记事或照片的服务器。

Pulse stores your one thing, check-in dates and times, daily notes, time zone, reminder and interface preferences, and photos you capture on this device. The files use iOS Data Protection and are unavailable until the device is unlocked after a restart. There is no developer account, and no developer server that receives check-ins, notes, or photos.

3. 相机与照片

拍照时才会请求相机。照片留在这台设备上，不会出现在小组件、实时活动、锁定屏幕或通知里。拒绝相机或没拍成，已经完成的签到仍然有效。如果你在反馈里附截图，由系统让你挑选一张。

Pulse asks for the camera when you take a photo. Photos stay on this device and do not appear in widgets, Live Activities, the Lock Screen, or notifications. Declining the camera or cancelling a capture does not undo a completed check-in. If you attach a screenshot to feedback, the system lets you pick one image.

4. 购买与提醒

高级功能的购买、付款和恢复由 App Store 处理。一日一印只读取 Apple 验证后的权益和商品信息。

每日提醒只有你打开之后才会安排。免费通道使用设备上的本地通知；已解锁高级功能且系统允许时，可以使用设备上的实时活动。同一天只会走一条通道，提醒里不含记事或照片。

Apple handles the Advanced Features purchase, payment, and restoration. Pulse reads only Apple-verified entitlement and product information. Reminders are scheduled only after you turn them on. The free channel uses local notifications; entitled devices that allow Live Activities can use that channel instead. Pulse uses one channel per day, and neither includes notes or photos.

5. 加密备份与恢复

备份只在你主动导出时发生。.pulsebackup 文件包含我的一件事、签到、每日记事以及全部原图和缩略图，用你设置的密码加密。文件保存在你选择的位置。一日一印不保存这份文件，也不保存密码。

恢复前会先校验备份，并显示签到和照片数量。确认后会替换当前全部数据，不会和现有内容合并。

Backup happens only when you export it. The .pulsebackup file contains your one thing, check-ins, daily notes, and all original photos and thumbnails, encrypted with a password you choose. You choose where to save the file. Pulse does not keep the file or the password. Restore validates the archive, shows its check-in and photo counts, and replaces all current data only after you confirm. The password cannot be recovered; keep the file and password separately, and never send the password to support.

6. 数据保留与删除

• 签到、记事、照片和设置会留在本地，直到你删除对应内容、清除全部数据，或卸载 App。
• 删除照片不会改变签到或统计；删除签到会同时删除当天记事，当天照片会独立留下。
• “清除全部数据”会删除一日一印在这台设备上的内容，并开始一个空项目。
• 卸载会删除 App 本地数据。请先导出加密备份，并确认自己还留着密码。
• 已经保存到“文件”、iCloud Drive 或其他位置的备份，不会随清除或卸载一起消失。

Check-ins, notes, photos, and settings stay on the device until you delete them, erase all Pulse data, or uninstall the app. Deleting a photo leaves the check-in unchanged. Deleting a check-in also deletes its note, while that day's photo remains. Erase All Data removes Pulse data on this device and starts an empty project. Uninstalling removes local app data; export a backup first and keep the password. Backups you already saved elsewhere are not deleted.

7. 第三方与诊断

一日一印不包含广告、跟踪或开发者自己运营的分析。Apple 可能按你的设备和 App Store 设置处理购买、崩溃或诊断信息，并受 Apple 自己的政策约束。

Pulse includes no advertising, tracking, or developer-operated analytics. Apple may process purchases, crash reports, and diagnostics according to your device and App Store settings and Apple's own policies.

8. 反馈与建议

你可以从设置里发送反馈邮件。点发送后会打开系统邮件，由你确认后再寄出。邮件里是你写的内容；也可以附一张截图，或附带版本、设备和数据规模等技术信息。

这些主动发送的反馈邮件用于回复和修问题。若要删除来信，用同一邮箱告诉我们。

You can send feedback from Settings. Pulse opens the system Mail composer so you can review the message before it leaves the device. The email contains what you wrote; you may attach a screenshot and optional technical details such as app version, device, and local data scale. We use messages you send to reply and fix issues. You can ask us to delete a message through the same address.

9. 联系与政策更新

如果 App 的实际行为和本政策不一致，请联系我们。处理方式如有实质变化，会在相应版本发布前更新本页。
