拍照与照片

1. 单击完成今日签到；长按会先签到，再打开相机。
2. 签到后也可以从完成印旁拍照、查看、重拍或删除当天照片。
3. 首次拍摄时允许相机。如果曾经拒绝，到系统“设置 → 隐私与安全性 → 相机”重新打开。
4. 拍不下来时先看存储空间，再试一次。拍摄失败不会取消已经完成的签到。

照片保存在这台设备上，并包含在完整加密备份中；不会出现在小组件、实时活动、锁定屏幕或通知里。

Tap to check in for today. Press and hold to check in first, then open the camera. After check-in, you can also capture, view, retake, or delete that day's photo from the completed mark. If camera access was denied, re-enable Pulse in Settings → Privacy & Security → Camera. Capture failure never undoes a check-in. Photos stay on this device, are included in encrypted backups, and do not appear in widgets, Live Activities, the Lock Screen, or notifications.

备份、恢复与换机

打开“一日一印 → 设置 → 数据”，选择“导出加密备份”，设置并确认密码，再把 .pulsebackup 文件保存到你信任的位置。App 至少接受 4 个字符，短密码保护较弱，请优先使用长且独特的密码。

在新设备的清洁安装中选择“恢复加密备份”，选取文件并输入创建备份时使用的完整密码。备份包含我的一件事、签到、每日记事、原图和缩略图。

Use Pulse → Settings → Data → Export Encrypted Backup, set and confirm a password, and save the .pulsebackup file somewhere you trust. The app accepts four or more characters, but short passwords provide weaker protection; prefer a long, unique password. On a clean installation, choose Restore Encrypted Backup, select the file, and enter the exact password used to create it. The backup includes your one thing, check-ins, daily notes, originals, and thumbnails. Pulse cannot recover the password. Restore validates the archive, shows its check-in and photo counts, and replaces all current Pulse data only after you confirm.

提醒没有到达

1. 确认 App 内“每日提醒”已开启。
2. 免费基础提醒：到系统“设置 → 通知 → 一日一印”确认允许通知。
3. 已解锁高级功能且使用 iOS / iPadOS 26：同时确认系统允许实时活动。
4. 检查专注模式、通知摘要、设备时间和容量限制。
5. 重新打开 App，让它按最新签到和时间刷新提醒。

同一天只会安排一条提醒。免费通知覆盖未来 60 个日历日；实时活动还受系统容量影响。已经安排，不代表系统保证到点显示。

Confirm Daily Reminder is enabled in Pulse. For the free channel, allow notifications in Settings. On iOS or iPadOS 26 with Advanced Features unlocked, also allow Live Activities. Pulse schedules only one channel per day. Free notifications use a rolling 60-calendar-day window. Scheduled Live Activities remain subject to system settings and capacity. Scheduling does not guarantee exact presentation time.

时区与连续天数

每条签到会保存当时的日期和时区。修改时区只影响今天和之后的签到，不会改写历史。每天的日界线是所选时区的 00:00。

Each check-in keeps its date and time zone. Changing the time zone affects today and future check-ins only; it does not rewrite history. The day boundary is 00:00 in the selected time zone.

本地数据、删除与清除

• 删除照片不会改变签到与统计；除非照片已在加密备份中，否则删除后无法恢复。
• 删除签到会同时删除当天记事；当天照片会独立留下。
• “清除全部数据”会删除这台设备上的一日一印内容，然后开始一个空项目。

卸载前请先导出完整加密备份，并确认自己留着密码。没有备份的本地数据会随卸载一起删除；已经另存的 .pulsebackup 不受影响。

Deleting a photo doesn't change its check-in or statistics. Deleting a check-in also deletes its daily note, while that day's photo remains. Erase All Data removes Pulse data on this device and starts an empty project. Create a full encrypted backup and keep its password before uninstalling. Saved .pulsebackup files are unaffected.

App 无法启动或打开数据

1. 先点“重试”，并确认设备还有可用空间。
2. 重新启动设备后再打开 App。
3. 如果只提示设置损坏，可以重置设置；签到记录应会保留。
4. 如果仍失败，请不要卸载，先联系支持。

Retry first and check available device storage, then restart the device. If Pulse reports settings corruption, resetting settings should preserve check-in records. If the app still cannot open its data, do not uninstall before contacting support.
